We recommend reading the following points before making any contract
The prices and times presented below are based on IT and development services and do not include infrastructure costs such as hosting, domains or server configurations, transfers, etc.
The information required to carry out the project, as well as photographs and/or graphic material will be provided by the client in the required formats. (AI, SVG, PNG, JPG, etc.)
The written information must be delivered in a digital format (DOC, TXT, AI, PDF)
50% advance payment and 50% upon completion of the project are required.
If after 2 months after starting the project, for reasons attributable to the client, it is not possible to conclude it, it will be terminated and the client must pay the remaining 50%.
These prices may vary without prior notice.
The investment mentioned in this document technically refers to the design and development of the project:
programming, digitization of photographs (printed, not negatives), file transfer and installation of systems or equipment, access to detailed statistics and updates, simple and pre-established to be used in a period no longer than the contracted period.
The updates included are simple modifications, understood as: any modification made to the informative content that is planned at least 1 day in advance.
Complex modifications such as animations, re-design, new content, etc. They will be quoted per event.
Finished and approved content that requires an update before and after the completion of the product incurs fees, as well as any changes made to the graphic design and structure of the product.
All multimedia production such as webcams, videos, photographs, animations, banners, audio, radio commercials, press TV or billboards to promote the site, airtime in electronic media, spaces in printed media as well as updating the site are priced separately.
Music specially composed for the site is not included, nor is payment for commercial music rights.
Only one language is included on the site, another language will incur an extra charge.
The delivery time will be 1 month from receipt of the advance payment and all the information required for the development of the project.
If you do not receive the remaining 50% once the project is finished, it will be removed from the server until the debt has been cleared, liquidated.
The options with a monthly plan refer to the total monthly charge, for the hours of the services offered in each description.
